Drawing upon decades of mastery, Alan transforms your vision into an heirloom that transcends décor, capturing emotion, place, and time in a way only original fine art can.

Each commission begins with a private consultation about the desired painting. Topics include an agreement on pricing, a timeline, and perhaps one of Alan’s handmade frames. You will explore your desired subject, preferred dimensions, palette, and ambiance with the artist. From there, Alan will show you a rough sketch for approval. Usually, a one-half deposit is required to begin any commission, with the balance due upon completion.

Commissions are accepted on a limited basis each year to preserve the exclusivity and focus of the creative process. Upon completion, your painting will be signed by the artist, shipped or delivered, and ready to add to your collection.
