Shuptrine uses many of Wyeth’s works and subject matter as inspirations. For this class, he will focus on weathered farm homes and clapboard buildings, shadows, and distant fields of grass. Wyeth’s preferred techniques being covered in the class include drybrush watercolor, layering of washes, and detailed Realism. Don’t be intimidated!
